ARC grant in the current round
Prof Andrew Whittaker, Dr Hui Peng and Dr Peter Trefonas (Dow Electronic Materials Company) were awarded $520k for a 3-year ARC Discovery Project “Next-generation lithography: photo-directing assembly of block copolymers ”. They aim to develop new methods for manufacture of integrated circuits baced on directed self-assembly of novel polymers.
